MONTHLY TENANTS

A valid credit card and a $150.00 electric/security deposit is required to be on account during your entire stay After all charges are paid, your deposit will be refunded to your card on file.

 On month to month or ongoing tenancy, it is the responsibility of the tenant to give a seven day notice of departure, otherwise, the credit card on file will be subject to a $250 early check out fee.

 

Late fees of $5.00 per day are incurred for rents paid late.

 

Our monthly rate is equal to 30-Days so actual due dates may vary by one calendar day depending on the number of days in each calendar month.

In the event that early departure is requested, the reimbursement on the partial monthly rate is calculated and reverted back to weekly and or daily rates as applies.

 

Electric kilowatt charges are charged at the current rate of the public service company and is collected at the end of each month or 30-day cycle.

 

We reserve the right to limit additional vehicles per RV Site.

 

RV sites must be kept clean with minimal personal items outside your RV. Clotheslines of any type, in-ground planting or digging up of any kind, political signs, or other unsightly items are not allowed. Management reserves the right to request your site be tidied up if necessary.

 

Upon departure be sure that your site is clear of any debris, cigarette butts, pet waste, oil spills from vehicles or gas grills as clean-up charges may be applied.

 

Onsite RV or vehicle washing is not allowed also vehicle maintenance work of any kind to include oil changes is not allowed in the park.

 

Sewer caps and hoses must be sealed and air-tight and the water line should not leak. Electrical hook-ups must be in good repair.

 

During the months of October thru March it is mandatory to have a heated water hose or your water line properly insulated and wrapped with a heated tape to prevent the water faucet and line from a freeze. Failure to do this may cause freeze damage to your unit and/or our plumbing which will incur damage charges.

CHILDREN

Children under the age of 12 are free to stay. Parents are responsible at all times for their children’s safety and behavior at all times.

QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours are observed 9pm - 8am

 

RV SITE ASSIGNMENT

RV Sites will be assigned by management based on RV type, size and park availability. Sorry, there is not tenting or pop-camper sites available.

 

FIRE
Absolutely no campfires, wood burning, charcoal grills or fireworks of any kind are allowed.

 

GARBAGE

Help us stay tidy by depositing only bagged household garbage in the dumpster. Do not dispose of any over-sized items such as awnings, crates, mattresses, etc. in the dumpster. Flatten out boxes before placing into the dumpster.

 

SAFETY

While in the RV Park please drive 5 mph. 

Park management is not responsible for loss, damages or claims to property of guests due to fire, theft, accident, weather or any other cause. 

Firearms or other weapons outside of your personal RV is not permitted. 

Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. 

 

DAMAGES

Tenant will be financially responsible for the repair of any damage to site utilities or RV park property and will be charged accordingly.  Upon departure please leave your site free of any trash, pet waste, oil spills of any kind, cigarette butts, etc. or clean-up fees may apply.

 

RV CONDITION

All RVs must be fully operational and self-contained.

RV’s that are older than 12 years cannot be accepted except with manager’s discretion and approval.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

Your credit card information is stored and processed securely. We are PCA Compliant.

CANCELLATION POLICY    

Our policy states that if you have cancelled your guaranteed DAILY OR WEEKLY reservation with less than a 24-hour notice or were "no-show", one full days rate and applicable tax will be charged to your credit card on file. Please note that reservations made on the day of arrival will be charged immediately. If you must cancel your guaranteed MONTHLY (30-Day) reservation, we require that you give us a minimum of 14 days in advance notice from the first date of the reservation or one full days rate and applicable tax will be charged to your credit card on file. In addition, during local events such as the International Balloon Fiestas, or during high season, the cancellation policy states that a guaranteed reservation will be pre-paid in full at the time of the reservation being made and is non-refundable for the dates of the entire reservation.
 

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT    

CHECK-IN - Standard check-in is at 2pm to 8pm on the day of arrival. If you will arrive after 9pm, please notify us before parking. CHECK-OUT -Standard check-put is at 11am on the day of departure. Please make arrangements prior to 10am if you will be staying an extra night (based on availability).
 

PETS

Your well-behaved dog or cat is welcome at Corazon RV Park. We allow up to 2 pets only and they are required to be included on your registration form. Your dog(s) should not be left alone all day long while you are away. Your pet(s) must have current rabies and distemper vaccinations and proof of their immunization records upon request. When residing by the month a pet fee of $25.00 per pet is applicable. Always and immediately clean-up after your pet. This also includes keeping your site clean of all waste at all times. We will charge clean-up fees if necessary. Your pet must always be kept on a leash while outdoors. No free roaming. Never leave your dog tethered outside unattended. If your dog is an intimidating breed, barks excessively or if you have more than two dogs, management reserves the right to deny residency.
 

PAYMENT GUARANTY AGREEMENT    

Authorizes CORAZON RV PARK, LLC to charge the credit card on account for the RV site rental fees, electric charges and/or other fees as per agreement. As a cardholder, you agree to accept responsibility for those charges associated with these services and thereby agree to have the card on file charged monthly on the day the rent is due unless a 48-hour notice to Corazon RV Park is given that another form of payment will be used for the period at hand or a notice of departure is stated. A valid credit card is required to be on file during the length of the stay.

RV, VEHICLE, TRAILER STORAGE    

Storage is available for your RV, utility trailer, vehicle, off-road vehicles based on availability for $10.00 per day, $50.00 week or $150.00 per month. We require a current copy of your registration and insurance. Corazon RV Park, LLC is not responsible for theft, injury or damages of any type.
